Who is responsible for your information
Ansco London Ltd, trading as Ansco Construction, is the controller of personal information used to manage your enquiries and our services. We are registered in England and Wales (company 16941242), with our registered office at 55 South Park Road, Ilford, England, IG1 2XR. What we collect
When you enquire, we receive the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, service requested, project description and any optional contact preferences, client type or preferred start date. If you later become a customer, we also use the information needed to arrange and deliver the work, manage payments and keep business records. Please do not include payment-card information, access codes or sensitive information about occupants in the enquiry form. The form does not accept attachments.
Our hosting provider processes technical connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate and protect the website. The form uses a security session cookie and a keyed, pseudonymous IP identifier to limit repeated requests. These identifiers are not used for advertising.
Why we use information and our legal bases
- To respond to a personal quotation request, arrange a site visit or provide agreed services: taking steps at your request before a contract and performing a contract.
- To deal with business contacts acting for organisations: our legitimate interest in communicating about and delivering construction services.
- To protect the website and investigate misuse: our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure service.
- To keep records required by tax, accounting and other applicable laws: compliance with legal obligations.

Required form fields allow us to understand and respond to your request. You are not legally obliged to submit a website enquiry; if the required details are missing, we cannot process the form. You can contact us by phone or email instead. The form does not subscribe you to marketing and does not make automated decisions or profile you.
Who receives information
We use Hostinger for website hosting and email services. Enquiries are sent to our business mailbox using Hostinger's mail service. Relevant information may also be shared with people working for Ansco, subcontractors needed for your project, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required. We share only what is needed for the purpose and do not sell personal information.
If you choose our WhatsApp link, WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy policy. No WhatsApp tracking widget is embedded on this website.
International processing
Hostinger uses international infrastructure and service providers, so hosting and email information may be processed outside the UK. Its Data Processing Addendum describes its processing arrangements and transfer safeguards, including applicable standard contractual clauses and UK transfer provisions. How long information is kept
We assess enquiry and quotation records according to whether the enquiry remains active, whether you request further work, and whether the record is needed for a complaint or legal claim. We delete or anonymise records when those purposes no longer apply. Customer records are assessed by the completion date, relevant warranty and contractual obligations, applicable accounting and tax retention requirements, and any ongoing dispute. The form does not create a database of enquiry messages; it sends them to our business email account. Security rate-limit entries expire after 24 hours and are removed on the next valid submission attempt; a daily cleanup job can remove the idle file. The security cookie is a browser-session cookie; its form token expires after two hours. Hostinger's infrastructure logs and backups are managed under its service arrangements.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your data, erase it, restrict its use, receive portable data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to applicable exceptions. Where consent is used for any separate activity, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact us using the details above; we may need to verify your identity.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data-protection regulator, or call 0303 123 1113. You may contact the ICO directly; you do not have to complain to us first.
